Defining Cooperative Leadership
In a world filled with upheaval and less than effective leadership, no matter the country, government, corporation, etc., it is necessary to look for and participate in new or at least progressive, inclusive and grounded processes that lead to win-win outcomes for all involved, no matter how small or large the endevour.
It is so necessary for current leadership, (government, business, community, group, private and public) to re-evaluate how they think, act, determine outcomes, fund projects and formulate the ultimate manifested outcomes of the visions or goals desired.
No one person is an ultimate authority on the perfect how to accomplish such a monumental task. Yet, there are many out in the great world, myself included, who have proven ways, workable ideas and a huge willingness to open new doors to be part of the collective solution.
Some of the keys;
Responsibility and the ability to respond. No blame and no victims. Choices in actions determine outcomes every time!
Today I offer a series of presentations recently done on the process called “Defining Cooperative Leadership”. This process was revealed, discovered and proven in real time, real life and work circumstances over a period of four years and then years of refining through life experiences. All of this was discovered within the federally-funded, not-for-profit, social services world – not a place I expected to find these answers!
Much of the information found within these presentations is already used, just not in a conscious and empowering way. Some of the ideas and perspectives shared would not be generally associated with leadership presentations or even skills, yet I have found them to be valid and important in defining the unfolding process.
For those who take time to watch and listen to each one, I hope you gain understanding and share with me your ideas and thoughts.
