Defining Cooperative Leadership

Ophelia infographic d3

In a world filled with upheaval and less than effective leadership, no matter the country, government, corporation, etc., it is necessary to look for and participate in new or at least progressive, inclusive and grounded processes that lead to win-win outcomes for all involved, no matter how small or large the endevour.

It is so necessary for current leadership, (government, business, community, group, private and public) to re-evaluate how they think, act, determine outcomes, fund projects and formulate the ultimate manifested outcomes of the visions or goals desired.

No one person is an ultimate authority on the perfect how to accomplish such a monumental task. Yet, there are many out in the great world, myself included, who have proven ways, workable ideas and a huge willingness to open new doors to be part of the collective solution.

Some of the keys;

Responsibility and the ability to respond. No blame and no victims. Choices in actions determine outcomes every time!

Today I offer a series of presentations recently done on the process called “Defining Cooperative Leadership”.  This process was revealed, discovered and proven in real time, real life and work circumstances over a period of four years and then years of refining through life experiences. All of this was discovered within the  federally-funded, not-for-profit, social services world – not a place I expected to find these answers!

Much of the information found within these presentations is already used, just not in a conscious and empowering way. Some of the ideas and perspectives shared would not be generally associated with leadership presentations or even skills, yet I have found them to be valid and important in defining the unfolding process.

For those who take time to watch and listen to each one, I hope you gain understanding and share with me your ideas and thoughts.

As the World at large honors the Life, Heart, Soul and Essence of a truly amazing man   NELSON MANDELA  – by the end of next week there will be hardly any words left to say or write of his life, the faults he is sure to have had as all of us have, of his courage and patience living within a small room for so long, of his political beliefs, aspirations and achievements in bringing  the huge color division and social sigmas of a Black and White country together. Through pain, strife, anger, hatred, violence, power and greed he gave strength through example to all people whether rich or poor, free or slave.

Now the only course of action for Humanity – US as the people of a profound Earth and the WORLD LEADERS of every country, religion, corporation and  military establishment is to EMULATE THE PATH AND EXAMPLES SET BY NELSON MANDELA, the very things everyone will be praising and remembering. Although it is not only for world leaders to walk in such a way. We should all try to emulate such humility in our own lives thus exampling through the highs of success and the lows of despair.

Talk is cheap, shallow and useless if not backed up by action to raise higher and emulate those who deserve to be in such high regard.

Such an Eulogy would serve as confirmation that Nelson Mandela’s life has truly left a mark of greatness on the lives of all.

WE SHOULD DEMAND NO LESS OF THOSE IN POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP AND AUTHORITY.  HUMILITY IS POWERFUL!

The Experiment:

After my last posting some of you must have thought I had lost some marbles! Why would she post such a thing! I asked myself the same question after hitting the send button and seeing it online. OMG!!!!

As part of a minor explanation and reasoning:  Recently I have been shown the need to get out of my way, let go of some fixations to open some new doors. I couldn’t quite figure out exactly what this all meant and what the fix was!

So what happens is that, if I pay attention, though a series of odd messages, happenings and meetings all seemingly unrelated I get an idea or theory or topic to follow that gets me out of the way. This was it, plus I needed to pay attention to my health in a different way and subsequently some other pieces have been revealed which are also seemingly unrelated to this topic, yet now I see those directions expanding. All that said I will share what the last two days of experiment have revealed.

This morning I did receive an unexpected email containing a series of messages between other people on this topic and similar concerns. So it is also this prompting me to continue to share.red wine 1 dec 5

top 2 photos  Dec 5, before/after

bottom 2 photos Dec 6, before/after

I will not be sharing any more photos after today and plan doing experiment for my own understanding unless requested by other readers desiring to follow red wine 2 dec 5outcomes. They can contact me personally)

After the first day the protocol stated was followed very first thing in the morning before any liquids or teeth cleaning.

Day 2 the results got scary because of the increase in “stuff” and additional white bubbles looking like crystals. I will only share one photo as it is pred wine 1 dec 6retty gross.

Day 3 (today) I followed the protocol with a sense of dread wondering if it would reveal a worst scenario. I was surprised there was a marked decrease in   “stuff and bubbles” both in the first sample (before swishing) and the second sample (after swishing).

Obviously I don’t have any way of testing the sample yet my intuitive and unscientific (probably accurate) observations are that the Sesame Oil Pulling has an effect in clearing this up.red wine 2 dec 6

To qualify a little further. In the first post I mentioned doing Oil Pulling in the past to relieve a toothache and gum infection. I was using Coconut Oil at that time. Since using the Sesame Oil I see, feel, sense, know (whatever the right words) is more effective, tastes better and works faster. Follow the links for more information and please do your own research, test this for yourself before calling it bad, good, unproven or conspiracy science.

In my opinion, far too often Science and the need for endless research and proven results is driven by “grant funding stipulations, the fear that if good answers are found someone will be out of work (endless job security) that the $$ trail will stop if good, low-cost, effective solutions are in effect and perhaps most of all hidden agendas will be revealed (resulting in conspiracy theory, discrediting.)

Don’t misunderstand me here, testing and research with integrity are absolutely necessary yet balanced with living logic and intuitive observations to reveal something that is not present or seen yet and allowing for this healthy cycle to flow between the seen and know and unseen and unknown making way for even better abilities for testing and research to occur.

I had not planned on writing this particular posting today, in fact I have been working on the topic of Language, Leadership and Labyrinths in preparation for a series of seminars I will be presenting. Although upon reflection it actually has everything to do with Language and Leadership!

While surfing the following headline caught my eye and so a click followed suit.

Michele Bachmann Anti-Abortion Rally: Former GOP Presidential Candidate Speaks At Event

“Here on our watch we will stand, we will stand for life, we will never forget, we will never give up, and next year we will gather in a day of celebration when we have finally ended abortion in this all important election,” she said. “Join me this year. Choose life.” This is the quote from the Huffington Post piece.

Well, it brought back some similar feelings when George W. Bush made reference to “Every Life has Value” at a speech at Kansas State in 2006 or so.

In 2006-7 season, I decided to put the issue out to my television audience at the time, here is the transcript on The Meaning of ProLife. In light of our current world situation, deep thought is once again appropriate.

The Meaning of Prolife

“There is a very fine line that is crossed in this debate

Let me ask you these questions:

If you believe in Prolife is it applicable in all areas of life!

Is it still an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth

In taking a stance for Prolife,  do you also believe in:

The Death Penalty,

The NRA,

Military Action,

Do you support placing guns in the hands of the children you saved through pro life that are now adults!

Do you rejoice when the enemy is killed and want retaliation when your own are killed!

Is it win at any cost!

Is a Prolife stance only a display for Political and Social acceptance!

Does a Prolife stance only affect select portions of the population!

Does death justify death and revenge override forgiveness!

And then if one holds a strong religious belief and faith in the Original and True teachings of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, The Tao and Native American teachings, wisdoms   and any other discipline that is Truly Guided by the Essence of God, Divine Love, Compassion and Heart Centered Action

Can any of the above mentioned be supported with conviction?

What does your heart and soul say!

It is for YOU to make the decision

For You cannot support Both and not be a hypocrite!

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And I will included the transcript for another piece presented to my audience titled Return to Arlington.
In preparation:
The view through the lens of the eye is of row after row, street after street, hill after hill of crosses, well ordered and manicured to cover the tragedy beneath. At the top of the hill, a glance through a space in the trees reveals the coldness of THE PENTAGON. A sign nearby reads “SILENCE AND RESPECT.
Return to Arlington
Who has determined that this ultimate life sacrifice is to the benefit of all – Where is the proof?
Where is the benevolence on the path leading to this resting place?
If each held in their heart that theirs was an honorable fight to end all fights, What can now be said!
Life to Death, the Illusion of Ultimate Deception!
Such honors were bestowed,
Only is it because of responsibility lost that they lie here now!
Those who come in droves to see, they wander as though numb to the message within the ethers of the land?
They walk as zombies following the paths, yet seeing not the lives before them.
So few have died in this land. So few have souls free of pain.
Perhaps they stayed in lands distant from this place, hearts wrenching with the knowing of deeds passed on and platitudes resounding through the air.
It is not of them, it never was nor ever will be,
Love and hate so closely tied, the bond of infinity seldom lies.
It is not of the land alone – it is of peoples and hearts undone.
Breathe in Life, breathe in death, one in the same, a mirror of the time.
It is not of you
You are not me
Yet as it flows to stream and sea
Hearts and Soul connect
So Mote It Be!
A mother cries in a distant land, the child she bore is here no more.
There is no home on this land here – this land is the same on a distant shore
A wail, a cry, an anguished heart –
Who says what is right
Who says what is not
The anger in the hearts of men, admonished power, relentless in the need for greed.
No right or wrong in the Angel’s Soul, for light shines forth in this illusion of the death
A life to claim and a life to live,
For those who rest a while, then move beyond the confines of this mortal place.
“Silence and Respect”.    It is time for silence no more –
How many more mother and fathers, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters have to return here before the “ the Inner Soul of this Nation” yells ENOUGH!
(In May 2007 I took DVD copies of these two video pieces to Capital Hill and delivered them to the office’s of numerous Senators. Did they ever look at them – I doubt it!)
